The Challenge
Twitch's "Just chatting" category, largely led by female streamers, is redefining audience engagement with its mix of customized visuals, interactive content, and a casual, spontaneous atmosphere. However, while these innovative approaches are expanding creative expression and community building, many streamers still struggle to move beyond traditional desktop setups, making it difficult to consistently develop engaging, diverse content that fosters deeper connections with their audiences.

The Solution
Spatium is a redesigned AR streaming experience, created within Armoury Crate (ROG gaming product Connect Center)’s existing design system with a line of hardware products that enhances streamers’ self-expression and helps them cultivate more intimate connections with viewers.
Here's what makes Spatium unique:
Customization using AR
Co-Creation / User-Generated Content
Community Building

User Interface
Allows streamers to connect with AR hardware products. After syncing, streamers can scan and customize their room using AR objects to make their streaming experience more personalized.
AR Hardwares
A series of hardware products made for streamers that work together with Armoury Crate to enhance the AR streaming experience. Streamer is free to move around and accurately identify and place virtual objects.

Scenario
Connecting the dots together.
The Result
This project was selected and purchased by Asus ROG after presenting across Asus Asia and gained over 95% client satisfaction rate.
